TREND FORECASTING
The trend forecasting module was about the ‘zeitgeist’ or ‘spirit of the times’, understanding how to define an era or the mood of a generation for the future. This project enabled me to refine my ideas and research to develop a creative, inspiring trend book theme that would have influence, resonance and timely impact whilst also reflecting what’s going on in the world that has the potential to effect the specific time it was undertaken.

I learnt how to identify patterns in order to establish future trends and marketing opportunities as well as consideration for appropriate consumer tribes, innovators and current happenings globally.
